Natasha Rigby is the Founder and Specialist Women's Trainer at FITFIX Personal Training, with more than 22 years of experience in Menopause Wellness and Weight Loss Coaching.  She has a deep understanding of the physical and mental challenges associated with peri-menopausal and menopausal life stages. Natasha is a Certified Menopause Weight Loss Coach, Menofitness Trainer and Pelvic Floor and Core Restore Coach bringing specialised expertise to support women's long term health through all stages of hormonal transition.  Natasha’s approach centres on teaching women about respect and caring for their bodies by promoting a personalizied fitness, nutrition and lifestyle solution.  Natasha is passionate about giving each woman a smart new way of approaching her body and hormonal changes, to be able to navigate her transition with confidence. Drawing from both professional expertise and personal experience, Natasha provides the support, guidance, and encouragement needed to help women feel confident and comfortable in their own skin.  Her goal is to help women understand and embrace their bodies, fostering a sense of respect, self-love, and empowerment.
